What to Expect
All new practice members are requested to fill out the health intake paperwork as completely as possible.
Your first appointment will give us an opportunity to get to know you, and more importantly, your health concerns and goals. In our office, we want you to feel right at home! We understand that new places can be intimidating, so we will show you around the office. A one-on-one consultation will be conducted to uncover the layers of past damage/trauma and to help determine the cause of your health issues. We will assess the function and of your neuro-spinal system. Utilizing our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, we will be able to assess the spine/nervous system and understand exactly how it is functioning. After your neurological scan, you will have a comprehensive structural analysis, and if necessary, we will take specific postural X-rays, so we can more closely examine your spinal structure. These radiographs will allow us to get precise pictures of your underlying structure to determine any limitations and expectations for care.
Plan to spend about 45-60 minutes in the office on your first visit to allow ample time for us to be thorough and connect with you.

After we have gathered all of your relevant health information, we will book you for your second appointment-Doctors Report of Findings. At this appointment, we will go over in details the results of your consultation and examination. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions or express any concerns that you might have. At this time, our doctors will then go over their recommendations of care so you can get back to enjoying life more abundantly. Plan to spend about 30-45 minutes for this visits as well. We aim to provide ample time for us to answer any questions regarding care for you and your family.
