How it all works
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT US FOR THE FIRST TIME
STEP ONE
All new practice members are requested to fill out the new practice member health application form as completely as possible,
STEP TWO
In our office, we want you to feel right at home! We understand that new places can be intimidating, so we want to show you around the office.
STEP THREE
A one-on-one consultation will be conducted to discuss your health issues and goals, uncover the layers of past damage/trauma and to help determine the cause of your health issues.
STEP FOUR
THE SPECIFIC SCIENTIFIC CHIROPRACTIC ASSESSMENT:
A comprehensive chiropractic evaluation and Neurological Diagnostic testing will be performed to further determine the exact cause of your heath problems. Using our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to locate the root cause of any dysfunction or disease within your body.
STEP FIVE
If necessary, we will take postural specific X-rays, so we can more closely examine your spinal structure. This will allow us to get precise pictures of your underlying structure to determine any limitations and expectations for care
STEP SIX
A Report of Findings will be conducted at which time the cause of your current condition will be discussed. After reviewing your case, the doctor will decided if you are candidate for chiropractic care and a thorough explanation of care recommendations and action steps will be discussed.
